Full Stack Developers (via an umbrella company)
Our Edinburgh based and highly regarded Asset Management client is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join their ever growing team and work on one of the many interesting projects. Apart from coding successful candidates will be part of the wider team and participate in stand-ups, team retrospectives, design discussions etc.
You will be working with multiple systems, including an Angular/ASP.NET Core application, Windows Forms Application as well as a REST API and a Mulesoft ETL application. The system makes use of an Oracle database and for integrations they use REST APIs for microservices running in containers.
This client manages their work through Azure DevOps with extensive use of automated testing and continuous integration.
To be successful in this Contract, our Client is seeking an experienced Developer with knowledge & experience in the following areas:
* Web Development - ASP.NET/AngularJS/CSS/JavaScript
* Services Development - C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core/Entity Framework
* Database Development - SQL Server T-SQL/Oracle PLSQL
* Automated Testing - MSTest
* Source Control - TFS/GIT
* Agile development
* Continuous Integration/Containers/Kubernetes
* Reporting development
* Financial industry systems experience is highly desirable
Initial contracts will be for 6 months and remotely based for the foreseeable (Edinburgh City Centre when eventually returning to the Office)
