Business Change/Transformation Procurement Platforms Project Manager with a good knowledge of framework agreements is required by our high profile government client based in London. Outside of Scope of IR35.Due to current Covid restrictions, the role will be to work remotely initially.
Our client are expanding their capability to provide on-going development of existing services and development of new standards, operating capability, tools and service.
A Project Manager is required to introduce a new procurement platform (required for managing large tenders)
You will be managing projects across Commercial Procurement
It is essential that you offer management experience of the development and implementation of a procurement strategies of a high value.
MCIPS qualification highly desirable
You will offer excellence in Stakeholder Management/Engagement with a successful track record of bringing all the stakeholders together and ensuring their requirements for the system are agreed
Strong Business Process skills, business change experience is required, to work closely with Business Analysts and Architects.
Working in an Agile environment.
You will be an experienced Project Manager with a wealth of experience managing new Procurement platforms as well as offering a good knowledge of E-procurement platforms and framwork agreements.
Full life cycle experience is essential, from selecting the supplier through to award and the ongoing management.
Experience of public sector frameworks is key. Any exposure of working in the rail or construction sectors would be highly beneficial.
