Job Title: Global Mobility (Equus) Consultant
Location: Sunbury/UK
Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Providing Global Mobility Consultancy in Equus Technology
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Essential:
- 6-8 Years of Experience in IT Industry
- Good Knowledge of Global Mobility or International Assignment business processes in Equus Application,
- Experienced in designing solutions on Equus platform (leveraging Equus APIs, custom reports, etc),
- Experienced in defining solutions for Global Mobility related requirements,
- Possesses High Level understanding of Digital Security and Data Privacy frameworks,
- Should possess excellent communication & leadership skills to work across Technical and Business community including external Vendors.
- Experienced in evaluating the efforts and cost estimates for Global Mobility related projects,
Desirable:
- Preferable to have knowledge of Workday or experience in any other HRIS Application (SAP, Oracle-HCM, Kronos, etc),
- Preferable to have experience of Project Management toolset - JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
