My high profile banking client requires a Business Analyst to work on a Migration project.
Business Analyst - Responsible for the requirements analysis, process design and solution design for a medium sized product and/or project in order to realise customer value through excellence and execution. Include using Business Analysis skills to support the Product Owner or Project Manager to identify and understand the business need, analyse and prioritise the requirements, through to assessing, designing, testing and implementing agreed solutions. Coaching and developing others to achieve analysis excellence is also a key part of the role.
Meets the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services and/or manages a customer advisor team over a given area.
Job Description
Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
. Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development.
. Identifies shortcomings, then suggests and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.
. Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others.
. Sets medium term objectives and takes responsibility for implement a team's performance management systems with guidance from senior colleagues.
. Builds complex frameworks to fully assess the scope and context of short-term and long-term business needs.
. Analyses and evaluates the feasibility/relevance of proposals for complex products/services, then develops and amends as necessary with guidance from senior colleagues and/or supervises activities performed by a product development/specialist team.
. Develops innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex and diverse information sources.
