Description
This is a remote role and candidate can be working remotely from across UK and EU.• Has seven or more years of hands-on experience in Installation and commissioning of Automation Products and establishing communication with Controller, Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA development.
• Can develop detailed design of automation and process control systems that integrate PCs, PLCs, variable speed drives, motion control, and related process control systems
• Can Develop, configure, and debug control system programming including PLC’s, OT networks, SCADA systems, etc.
• Industrial Automation Systems (PLC, DCS, Smart Instrumentation)
• ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 knowledge & experience
• Knowledge of electronic device design, testing and ideally manufacturing
• Industrial Data Networking Design and Integration (OPC UA, ModBus, DNP3, Siemens S7comm, PROFIbus, PROFInet, or similar)
• IIOT Data Networking Design and Integration (MQTT, AMQP, DDS, CoAP, WebSocket)
• Advanced Data Architecture for OT/IT (Embedded DB, PubSub Messaging, Data Historians, Distributed NoSQL/Cassandra, In-Memory DBs, RDBMS)
• Knowledge of OT security
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
• Stakeholder management skills, experience of leading and influencing resources not under direct line management.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and a good team player

Additionally, below is desirable
• Experience in terminal Automation
• Having knowledge of Azure IOT Edge and similar edge components
• Experience with Ignition from Inductive Automation
