Workday HR Business Analyst

£500 p/d - PAYE

Initial 6 months (extensions likely)

Home-based

We are working with one of the world's biggest software providers who are currently looking for a Workday HR Business Analyst to work on global greenfield Workday programme.

The Workday HR Business Analyst is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of HR applications, integrations, and reports delivered primarily through the Workday cloud ERP platform.

The Workday Business Analyst must have strong HR experience in one or more ERP implementations and experience with at least one (1) Workday HR implementation with solid skills in the Workday toolset while maintaining a rigorous commitment to quality, security and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements from Business Community & management -and convert the business requirements to technical specifications to include reports creation/analysis for enhanced business analysis
  • Manage and build reports and conduct data analysis
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine an appropriate action plan for break/fix issues
  • Configure and support Workday HR & Payroll modules
  • Maintain data integrity through all data transformations and transmissions
  • Participate and support prototypes and demonstrations of new functionality
  • Support the bi-annual upgrades processes

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HR/Payroll
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent documentation skills (samples of nonproprietary documentation maybe be asked for review)
  • Collaborative team player
  • Proactive, with a sense of ownership
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college/university.
  • Strong consideration will be given for candidates with a background in HR.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of business analysis
  • Strongly prefer a HR or ERP/Workday HR background.
