IDAM/PAM Project Manager
Substantial experience of managing large scale IDAM and PAM implementation projects, from project inception through to final sign-off.
Significant experience managing successful large and highly complex business and technology change projects (£multi-million) in Financial Services or for a government or regulatory body, managing employees and 3rd parties in a Matrix, from inception through to end of warranty/exit criteria achieved.
Significant experience shaping business ideas and initiatives into detailed project plans for multiworkstream delivery to achieve business outcomes
Significant experience of planning and controlling project delivery, ideally with a project management qualification.
Strong technical competencies on IDAM and have a strong knowledge of a range of IDAM solutions - you're able to make recommendations for the most suitable solution
Experienced at leading people through structural, procedural and cultural change, gaining commitment to new ways of working.
Ability to build working relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key business stakeholders and business SMEs
General knowledge across multiple IDAM domains, with in-depth experience across two or more specific domains from:
Enterprise identity, including provisioning, JML, certification, RBAC, entitlement management, policy management, data access governance, identity analytics;
Customer IAM, including registration, customer experience, authentication, multi-channel, privacy;
Access management, including advanced authentication, identity federation, advanced authorisation;
Privileged access management, including credential management, session management, discovery, inventory
Worked with one or more of the following IAM technologies: SailPoint; Saviynt, CyberArk; Azure AD; OneIdentity, BeyondTrust, Okta; Ping, ForgeRock
Experience of installation and configuration of IAM software
Understanding of disruptive trends, and evolution of IDAM solutions
Experience of working within an Agile environment
