Job Title: Customer Experience Business Analyst

As a Customer Experience Business Analyst, you will act as an intermediary between business, customer experience, and Martech teams and you are an active thought partner and application visionary that shapes the digital customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and manage business and technical dependencies between internal and external teams and advising on the prioritisation of work for delivery
- Work closely with Martech teams and help with strategy how to create a highly personalized customer experience
- Experience with Epics/User Stories
- Undertake data analyses and interviews and introduce measuring instruments to understand how to improve the digital customer journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Media Companies
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability influence decision making at all levels of the organisation without formal reporting structure authority
- Strong analytical skills applied to understanding customer needs, business functionality and translating them into IT requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements;
- Understanding of CX analytics solutions, including web, contact center and VOC environments
