Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist/SME
£700 per day - 6 months, extensions likely
Location: Office near Reading, currently remote under C19
Contract opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist/SME to join a global IT Software Provider.
You will be someone that is an advanced subject matter expert in Salesforce Service Cloud together with a wider Salesforce Platform expertise.
This role is for a Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect, Working closely with the Architecture team you will be responsible for ensuring the solutions meets the clients needs. You need to have prior experience of delivering similar solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud and be comfortable dealing with senior CxOs as well as offshore teams.
Required Skillset:
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Chatter, Force.com Sites, and understanding web services API
- Clear communication skills and technical leadership skills.
- Understanding of infrastructure environments (eg operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, end user and server/web related applications).
- Business IT applications experience
In return the client will offer a starting day rate of £700 offered Inside of IR35 (Via Umbrella) for 6 months. Extensions likely
