GDPR Business Analyst - 6 months + Remote - £360 per day
Role
The role will be within our clients Global Delivery team working as a Business Analyst within the Europe & Global Segments Organisation.
The primary focus of this role will be to work with stakeholders across a breadth of business and change management functions to conduct gap analysis, options analysis, analyse and document requirements, process design, communications, training, business readiness and to plan and co-ordinate the overall successful implementation of projects in line with the project charters.
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst, who is a self-starter and can demonstrate attention to detail via thorough planning, communication and execution. In this position, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, business process change, impact analysis, risk mitigation, data analysis and managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
Skills and Experience
The suitable candidate must have strong experience in the following areas:
- Proven track record as a successful Business Analyst
- Knowledge and application of Business Analysis techniques such as process modelling, root cause analysis, use case models, change control and traceability management
- Experience in managing Business Readiness
- Ability to demonstrate a robust analytical approach to complex requirements including translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in the creation of test/UAT scripts and leading execution of all testing activities
- Knowledge of the full project life cycle methodology
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Governance Principals
- Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and understanding of delivering Business & Change Management Programmes in an Agile framework would be beneficial
- Experience within Financial Services also appreciated.
