Unique Contract Openings - 6 months + (OUTSIDE IR35)
Location: Remote based- London

THE ROLE
The opportunity to join a firmwide project as a Cisco Engineer to investigate and resolve incident tickets and handle client escalations. Utilising skills of; Change management, incident management, problem management and configuration management.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 4+ Years' experience
- IPT & CC
- Expert on CISCO CUCM
- Expert on TMS, VCS-C, VCS-E, MCU, ISDN GW, IP Gateway
- H323, SIP Protocol Suite
- LAN and WAN Protocols
- Preliminary knowledge of Firewalls and NAT
- 3 years Telecommunications background working with TDM solutions and SIP solutions
- Basic knowledge of Network WAN Technologies
