HR (Workday) Functional Architect- £700 per day

We are looking for someone to join our team who is excited to learn and grow with an innovative attitude, as well as help and have fun with their co-workers.

Through applying Workday data model knowledge and experience, the HR Data Operational Architect for the Workday Operational Solution will serve as the end-to-end data lead ("Data Lead"), ensuring that the solution design follows our process and reporting requirements.

Minimum Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Global banking experience, worldwide experience is crucial for this role
  • B.A./B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred
  • Workday functional experience, system integration, and/or implementation experience are needed.
  • Workday Integration tools knowledge, including packaged integrations, Workday workshop, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation, Calculated Fields, and Report Writer
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of HRIS operations.
  • Awareness and experience with Incident, Issue, and Change Management, as well as application management, operations, and/or help.
  • Knowledge of Workday Integration Security, as well as the development and maintenance of Integration ISUs, ISSGs, and other related items.

Job Role, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage new user and current user protection for Workday and other HR systems as appropriate, using specialised Workday Studio skills and expert knowledge of all other Workday integration technologies - EIBs, Core Connectors, Payroll Interface, PECI, and so on. Follow the protocol for security requests and complete security assignments in accordance with the requirements.
  • Workday's BIRT method, as well as planning, constructing, and implementing BIRT-based HR and Payroll solutions
  • A comprehensive and advanced understanding of secure file transfer and encryption is needed. Managing Workday's core portfolio, which includes PGP, GPG, SSH, and x509 keys. Ensure the organisation policies and practises are followed.
  • Assisting and proposing Testing contributes to the creation and implementation of current and new go-to-market strategies.
  • Managing the HRIS Request inbox on a regular basis. Manage and respond to Tier 1 requests in a proactive manner and escalate Tier 2+ requests to the appropriate parties.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Workdays Cloud Platform and its cross-application integration capabilities
  • Extensive knowledge of the HR and Payroll business areas and business processes
