Scope, purpose and nature of role In support of the implementation ISO 31000 Risk Management Framework,
Our client are looking for Business Change Management lead to oversee and manage the business change, delivery & communication activities related to the project.
You will focus on the people side of change, assisting with developing & delivering content, positive messaging and supporting changes relating to behavioural change, people and culture.
The main scope of the job involves the following activities:
Accountable for delivery of the business change management delivery across the project.
Develop content to assist with the explanation of the risk assessment process and present to the stakeholder community.
Drive stakeholders/risk owners in identifying risks, and assist in evaluating & analysing in line with the risk assessment process.
Train on the new risk management platform and develop content to assist risk owners in managing and maintaining their own risks on the platform.
Accountable for the establishment and business agreement of readiness and acceptance criteria
Engage with Locations and workstream leads remotely. Distinguishing characteristics of the ideal candidate
Previous experience and a knowledge of the hands on application of business change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Proven experience in Risk Management Framework business change.
Proven experience in building strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and users, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
A skilled influencer, with the proven ability to persuasively communicate to a diverse range of users and stakeholders to minimise resistance to change
Job Description Able to work well independently, proactively prioritising your work in a dynamic work environment

Qualifications, skills and experience
Change Management Qualification desirable (ACMF, PROSCI, APMG - Change Management etc)
Proven track record of delivering change programmes
3+ years' experience in driving business change management
Experience in working with, and influencing, senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
Broad understanding of Business Change Management methodologies, toolsets, processes and governance
Demonstrable Content Development to aid in change delivery.
