3 month initial contract to support the deployment of laptops to users. This includes setting up the laptops according to standardised process, co-ordinating with the user to migrate existing data, and shipping the laptop to them.
Job Description
To fulfil the end-to-end process of laptop deployment including:
- Identifying and prioritising business requests for laptops
- Configuring laptops with the corporate standard build
- Installing additional software as required
- Co-ordinating with customers to migrate data from existing devices
- Shipping the devices to customers
- Co-ordinating the return of decommissioned devices
- Updating IT system records accordingly
To help facilitate the in-place upgrade of Windows Operating Systems on devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
The contract will fall in scope for IR35 and will need to operate through an umbrella company or PAYE set up.
