Description

• Excellent Telecom Domain and Open stack Knowledge, for E2E Support.
• Rich Experience in Technical Support & competency to handle – Telco Cloud Products like CBIS, CBAM, CBND
• Should be expert in creation and execution of design and requirement docs for Telco Cloud Implementation (to perform activities on the network)
• Provide Engineering Skilled support for Telco Cloud Sub system as Projects Support during implementation phase for CBIS, CBAM, CBND and NetAct Cloud deployment, LAB Support.
• Own the key tasks of the job as System verification & acceptance and troubleshooting for Telco Cloud solution.
• Own, Develop & maintain Telco Cloud Project competence, process, and documents for Telco Cloud.
• Lead as Project Technical function including Project Call-Out / emergency on-call support on demand basis. Carry responsibility of Technical Analysis & Technical contact Point, Coordinate actions and investigation of technical Issues between Customer, regional care management, tier2/tier3/ Product Line support teams.
• Organize and participate in POC deployment, Software and new feature verification, MOP generation as well as test case creation- execution.
• Support Customer Lab for SW/ HW New Feature verification and validation.
• Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end Telco Cloud function
• Work as Project Support Engineer/architecture for atomization of the process and improve in efficiency & execution of the task
