Description
Responsibilities:- Responsible for business analysis of current business circumstance and formulation of documentation based on the what the business wants from its Business Intelligence software
- Develop understanding of CRM platform and where the opportunities for data analysis are
- Capturing relevant requirements from key stakeholders
- Help build bespoke data analytics and business intelligence solutions with a proven "value-add" to the client
Experience:
- Experience and background as a Business Analyst OR Data Analyst
- Strong Business analysis experience; gathering requirements, creating user stories
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence OR Data Analysis
- Experience with a tool such as Tableau, or Qlikview and a variety of databases/data sources (SAS, SQL etc)
