My client is a leading education establishment based in Birmingham and have a current requirement to recruit a CRM Consultant to Deliver a modern CRM platform that can replace our end of life student recruitment CRM and provide the client with a platform that can consolidate multiple disparate applications to realise future benefits and efficiencies across the University to contribute an important element of our digital strategy.
The successful CRM consultant will provide essential expertise to ensure that the client makes the correct decision on a CRM platform for the University and to ensure that implementation is planned using knowledge from an industry expert.
You will work closely with a CRM project manager/analyst.
To Be considered for the role of CRM Consultant, you must have good knowledge of multiple CRM platforms, Dynamics and Salesforce knowledge would be essential and a good track record of advising organisations on CRM decisions in organisations of our size.
