People and Culture Agile

The Change Manager acts as a partner of both Change Management office and the project team.

Primary objective of this role is to execute activities associated with Change Management in order to ensure that project meets objectives on time and on budget via increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, etc.

Project description: The project is in the People and Culture business area (HR). It is focused on implementing a company-wide solution for Headcount and Labor cost planning and reporting. It will also include the harmonization of current HC definitions, further standardization of KPI's, designing clear ARCI around the process and tool application.

What will you do:

  • Develop change management plans for project.
  • Apply a structured methodology; lead & execute change management activities
  • Assess the impact of planned organizational change.
  • Identify risks, develop, and apply risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
  • Support development of communications as per the communication plan.
  • Support training efforts required for the project success.
  • Define success metrics and measure performance against these.
  • Provide reporting and other updates to change management office and project team.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Degree in business/economics, management, or other related fields
  • Practical experience in executing Change Management activities within Agile projects
  • Experience in working with HR projects
  • Fluent English (written & spoken). You will work with international teams.
  • 2-3 years working experience working in Change Management area
  • PROSCI certification is a plus (Knowledge of ADKAR Model & PROSCI methodology)
  • Desire to help the project team navigate through the organizational change
  • Analytical & detail oriented, customer service focused attitude
  • The ability to listen and understand questions/problems being communicated by end-users and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a group
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively
  • Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization
