Solutionize Global are one of the UK's fastest growing Managed Service Providers, we are a Dell Gold Partner and work with some of the largest names in tech. We are looking for a Service Designer/Business Analysts to work across two projects for a large programme of work we are delivering.
It is essential you have strong Service Design and Process Design experience as well as Telecoms experience, specifically around Fixed Telecoms.
Role purpose:
Bring together a virtual team of Digital, Customer Experience, Network, IT and Business stakeholders to design and realise the end to end experience for the products, services or propositions within your remit.
Your strong stakeholder management skills will allow you to work across multiple teams and at different levels of the organisation to understand existing processes and obtain support for your proposals. Your written and verbal communication skills will be exemplary.
Identifying and developing best-practice will enable you to work smarter, as will your use of agile techniques.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Take full, overall accountability for the definition of the end to end service design of the product, service or proposition, obtaining input and approval from the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure that the network, service and related operational support requirements are fully captured, understood, agreed, consistent and communicated according to the company standards
- Own the balance between cost, quality and time for all design solutions, and for ensuring the design integrity of all launched products
- Operate within the Product Development processes, driving the adoption of automation and digitsation with the team and across the wider business
- Provide pressure and challenge to proceed at pace and with rigour, whilst maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Demonstrable and recent track record of delivering service designs that span multi-disciplinary areas, preferably in a large telecommunications or IT environment.
- Ability to understand a wide range of disciplines in enough detail to communicate effectively with experts in those areas, for example: sales, order management, provisioning and assurance processes, billing and operations
- Process mapping, improvement and reengineering. Process analysis and design
- Experience developing and introducing complex change into operational and sales environments
Will ideally have:
- Agile certification
- Six sigma
- ITIL Foundation
- ARIS Designer Process Experience
