Description

We are having one position Salesforce/SFDC Developer(Sales/Service Cloud) for one of our client based at London, UK. This is a contract position with initially 6 months with Extension. Below is the job description for your reference

Job Description:

Service Cloud

  • Working knowledge of web development technologies and concepts including HTML, CSS, JAVAScript, and Databases
  • Constantly look for innovative ways to improve team performance
  • Manage customer relationships as a trusted advisor and be their internal advocate to drive action
  • Partner with sales teams to assist in proposals, presentations, and demos for key deals
  • SFDC development and implementation using Apex programming, Visual force, SFDC configuration, Web services (SOAP/JSON)
  • Coach other team members on Salesforce product to ensure knowledge is distributed among the team
  • Help customers to drive user adoption of Lightning Service technology
  • Certifications needed[all three must]:
  • 1. Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-1
  • 3. Salesforce Certified Service Consultant

Sales Cloud

  • Min Work Experience 10-12 years with SFDC development experience of 6-8 Years
  • Significant technical knowledge and proven experience working as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Awareness of current techniques and best practice used in the development life cycle and change management skills.
  • Have experience of the latest web frame works Lightning Web Components, Aura components and Visualforce pages.
  • Have experience of building apex code with best practice.
  • LWC[Lightning Web Component] experience preferred.
  • Have experience of Integrating salesforce with other business operational systems using SOAP and REST API's.
  • Knowledge of Flows, Process builder, Outbound Messages, Platform events.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance.
  • Knowing when to configure, when to build.
  • Have knowledge of release management tools- Jenkins, Salesforce DX/CLI and GitLab.
  • Have worked in a Scrum environment.
  • Certifications needed[all three must]:
  • 1. Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-1
  • 3. Salesforce Certified Sales Consultant
