Role: Senior IT Security Officer
Location: Remote
Initial 3m Contract - likely extension
Daily Rate: Competitive - PAYE/Umbrella
Key Skills and Experience:
- Please note in this role we're seeking candidates with a broad knowledge of IT Security, this is hybrid mix of business/strategy along with a technical understanding of IT Security. This isn't role isn't focused on risk/assurance/audit type responsibilities.
- Strong stakeholder management/engagement - C level
- Relevant Professional Qualification - eg CISSP, CISM, MIISP desirable
- Disciplined and organised mind-set with a good attention to detail
- Experience in a mixture of the following would be highly desirable: ITIL, Cloud Security ( Azure), Coding and Scripting, Application Security, Microsoft Technologies, Big Data and Architecture
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage a demanding and variable workload with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict
- Good analytical skills and the ability to clearly identify key issues
- Project management skills
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Additional Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the UK without the need of visa support/sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
