Programme Manager, Asset Management, Technology, Data Management, £1000 per day, London
NDK have partnered with a wealthy asset management organisation who are rapidly growing and seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the team. You'll play a key role in delivering technology projects and programmes with the specific needs of the business in mind, for example: data management maturity programme, technology procurement overhauls, financial regulatory change projects, critical business system upgrades, and large-scale technology enhancements influencing change across the business.
For this role we need someone with the following experience: a solid track record delivering programmes and projects within the data management space, ability to run programmes as well as deliver projects and conduct BA duties and strong knowledge of financial products: derivatives/options, futures, bonds, swaps etc.. Preferably knowledge of financial domains including: private equity, real estate, private equity secondaries, direct lending, leveraged funds, credit funds, CDO structures etc.
Key experience:
- Experience delivering programmes and projects within the data management space.
- Preferably you'll have good knowledge of: data lakes, raw data usage, business analytics, data mining, big data, data warehousing etc.
- Experienced and comfortable delivering a range of projects and programmes covering a variety of areas including: data management maturity programme, technology procurement overhauls, financial regulatory change projects, critical business system upgrades, and large scale technology enhancements influencing change across the business.
- Experienced and comfortable acting in a programme management capacity as well as conducting PM/BA duties.
- Knowledge of financial products derivatives/options, futures, bonds, swaps etc.
- Preferably knowledge of financial domains including: private equity, real estate, private equity secondaries, direct lending, leveraged funds, credit funds, CDO structures etc.
- Working with wider technology teams and the business to identify key requirements, build a project and execute E2E delivery.
- Experienced and comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and C-level individuals across the organisation.
Key duties:
- Working with key business stakeholders to identify and delivery projects and programmes.
- Delivering programmes and projects influencing wide variety of critical business areas including: data management maturity programme, technology procurement overhauls, financial regulatory change projects, critical business system upgrades, and large scale technology enhancements.
- Matrix management of project managers, PMO staff, software development and business stakeholders.
- Commercial and third-party management.
- Budget management.
