IT Service & Operations Manager
Outside IR35 Contract - Leeds/Remote
The IT Service & Operations Manager role is key to designing, building and implementing service management and operations to drive efficiencies, maturity improvement and customer experience.
The aim is to work alongside the service team to act as a mentor to drive skills and experience.
IT Service Operations Manager - Key Deliverables
- Ensure technology services are designed, planned, implemented and improved in line with both current and future business needs
- Accountable for the delivery of all services to meet service levels and KPIs
- Engage, coordinate and support functions to ensure the consistent deployment of processes, tools and technology essential for effective service delivery and development.
- Ensure the coherent and effective management of the processes, systems and people required to design, develop, deliver and improve technology services to meet the business needs now and in the future
- Responsible for the preparation for new or changed services with full oversight of the change process and the maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards as well as managing the performance of existing systems and services.
- Responsible for the overall financial management and control and of the IT assets and resources used in the provision of technology services
- Lead the development of continual improvement plans to ensure that technology services adequately support both current and future business needs.
- Responsibility for analysing and coordinating relationships with key stakeholders and third-party partners to ensure the successful deliver of technology services
- Leadership of the service and operations management team and will recruit, lead, motivate, develop and manage the performance of direct reports, building a high calibre team with the skills and capabilities needed to deliver the required results.
