Requirements
SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION
Competency/Skill Requirements:
- Senior level software development on Android (able to guide team members)
- Architecture and design of Android applications
- Requirement analysis and workload estimates
- Leadership skill to drive development team do right way.
Special Requirements:
- Development management tools (git/jira/Jenkins, )
Behaviour skills:
- Able to act as leader and motivate technical team
- Good communication skills
Languages:
- Fluent English required
Education Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
- 10+-year experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage development team performance (identify need for training or adjustment of expectations)
- Guide developers on technical questions (software engineering best practices, code reviews)
- Coordinate with Agile Project Lead for feature definitions and workload analysis
- Coordinate with QA team for software validation and release
- Coordinate with group on software architecture (APIs) and design
