Service Desk Analyst - Budapest
Empiric has received exclusive instructions from a global consultancy, for a service desk analyst who can speak Swedish who is experienced with handling and documents all incoming requests or incidents.
Also understands how to own the ticket throughout it's life cycle and ensures all relevant information is captured. Hands on experience with answering incoming phone calls, email, chat and self services within agreed SLA's would be a big strength.
This exciting opportunity will both challenge and improve your service desk skills to the max. and enhance your competences.
Please note you must be able to speak Swedish.
Skills/experience required:
- Strong Call and incident management
- understanding of application support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 7, Win8 or Win10 Operating systems, Internet, Antivirus
- Networking concepts, troubleshooting methods, hardware and software awareness
Term: 12 to 18 months plus possible extensions
