IT Technical Support Engineer - Contract - North Ayrshire
My client a top FTSE100 company are looking to recruit a IT Technical Support Engineer to join their team full time based in North Ayrshire. Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.
As a IT Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for the following;
- Working on multiple projects and deployments to site, working with central product teams and multiple functions.
- Co-ordinate project activities with local project managers and input into site planning schedule.
- Participate in design, test, & deployment phases.
- Ensuring standard processes and policies for Quality Assurance, Risk, and Compliance are adhered to.
The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:
- Sound experience in PC/laptop physical hardware set-up and maintenance.
- An IT professional with significant experience of providing 3rd line support.
- In-depth knowledge of OUs and working with Group Policy.
- Experience of writing PowerShell scripts.
- Long experience and in-depth knowledge of Windows 10 configuration.
