3rd Line Technical Support Engineer - must have mobile telecoms RF and RAN knowledge

Ireland

June, July and August (might run into September) to pick up any additional work over the summer period

Will be remote working but this person might need to go into Dublin office to collect laptop etc.

This role is 3rd line support - working alongside 2 other Technical Support Engineers. Manning drop-call reports, managing the escalation mailbox, keeping trackers updates, coordinating surveys . Doing some analysis on drop calls, dealing with queries from the customers, coming up with solutions for the Account Managers.

Must have good RF awareness.

Some of the required tasks would be:

  • Repeaters activity/RAN.ie
  • Dropped Call Reports
  • Helix - ticket management & investigations
  • Escalation Mailbox
  • Corporate Tracker/ESB Tracker updates (housekeeping)
  • Making recommendations for In-Built solutions/Solo repeaters
  • Coordinate Site Surveys & Nextivity Solo installs with partners

Must be proficient in the above and other systems like Power BI, Brio, Integration Tracker, RAN.ie, Net Act
