ERP Comms Consultant, 4 months+, Outside of IR35, Immediate start on offer!
Good Morning!
I'm currently looking for a Comms Consultant to join an organisation that are undertaking an Transformation programme, centred around a new ERP system.
The role itself will run for an initial period of 4 months (with the possibility of an extension), and will fall outside of IR35.
Key Accountabilities of the role are as follows:
- Assist with the delivery of the Operational Readiness series of communications to business users
- Work with the existing ERP comms team to support additional activities as needed
- Liaise with the project team to gather information and validate comms output prior to issuing
- Support and deliver communications plan in support of business transition and cut-over
- Monitor, measure and track uptake of communications materials and activities where possible
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of delivering communications in a project environment
- Ability to work remotely and independently within a complex project environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to generate multi-channel engaging communications tailored to a specified audience
- Attention to detail and track record of high quality output
