BMC Truesight L3 - Remote
We are looking for an experienced BMC Truesight L3 to join one of Europe's largest and fastest-growing clients in a progressive and innovative international team on a 6months + contract fully remote.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Installation, Configuration and Administration of BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Manage-ment.
* Experience in Performance Monitoring and Tuning using TrueSight (TSOM)
* Integrations of TrueSight with other Products like SNMP, SNOW.
* Solve critical technical issues, emergency troubleshooting and post-mortem analysis
* Manage and support the upgrade on new system, deployment and maintain smooth sys-tem operations
* To provide day-to-day operations, administration, tuning and capacity management of midrange system to ensure good performance.
* Resolve the majority of complex configuration problems by troubleshooting and simulation
* To perform operation fault analysis and provide recommendation for improvement.
Experience:
* Expertise in the below tools
TrueSight installation and configuration,
Remote cell (BEM) installation and configuration
MRL rules development
TrueSight administration server
Create Patrol packages
Patrol agent installation and configuration
Even Adapters
TrueSight- SNOW integration
* Manage BMC product portfolio like TrueSight (TSPS, TSIM, Patrol)
* Fundamental understanding of the functionality of BMC TrueSight solutions and architec-ture along with different Integration methods
* Functional understanding of software integrations and software systems experience with Web services and API
* Deep technical problem isolation and resolution capability Strict adherence to the use of the ticketing system for ALL incidents, changes and problems
* Proven ability to configure TSOM components as per requirements and adhere to best practices for the following criteria:
Performance and response time
Capacity and growth
High availability and failover
Disaster and recovery
Security
* Must be able to read and understand a technical architecture that spans multiple platforms and Data Centers and deploy software products as dictated by the plan with little or no supervision
* Knowledge of SNOW
* Knowledge in Virtualization technologies, UNIX/Linux, Windows, Databases, Applications, Middleware & Web Servers

* Ability to correlate incident trends into problem management and execute permanent fix-es
* Timely generation of customer-facing incident reports
* Facilitate generation of periodic operational reports for presentation to customers
* Define an action plan for troubleshooting/resolution
