Scrum Masters looking for an Agile Coaching role - 3 Month+ Contract - Midlands
We are looking for Scrum Masters that are looking to move into an Agile Coaching to coach and enable teams to work efficiently and quickly together. You will collaborate with cross functioning, highly skilled teams in a fast-moving scaled agile transformation programme. This is a very large programme of work, which will run for c 11 months +
Skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master
- Worked across at least 3 different projects
- One of the projects need to be scaled agile (SaFE)
- Strong communication skills in any medium.
- Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with a high degree of change.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Experience in Agile methods and techniques and coaching or training a plus.
This is an amazing opportunity for a Scrum master to move into Agile Coaching.
