Description
A tobacco company Manufacturing Solutions (MS), our global engineering function, and act as pioneer in leading the capability building journey with new skills and competencies required for the organisation to achieve step change in performance. The project has a targeted time frame of 1 year (project-based contract for 1 year).
By collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, ranging from Global Capability Building to Manufacturing, your assignment will consist of building MS Engineering Academy framework to develop the functional capability to deliver business objectives and to eliminate losses by enabling our people to learn what they need to know, at the moment they need, using simple and effective learning methods.
DO YOU HAVE:
- BS degree in Engineering (or Equivalent) and knowledge within Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong Project Management experience on complex programmes
- Familiarity with job training methods and techniques
- Experience with E-learning platforms
- Familiar with E-learning ecologies
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple capability building activities in a corporate setting
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
