Description
My London based client are looking for a BI Lead (Power BI) to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.
The organisation are currently going through a large Data Transformation Programme in order to utilise their data to drive strategy and vision and to increase value to the organisation and its customers.
The BI lead will work closely with the Programme Lead and the business to demonstrate the art of the possible, developing intuitive virtualisation reports and dash boards.
Delivery will be delivered using Agile and iterating several report and dashboard mockups with the business.
Skills;
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience of Developing Power Apps applications to enable the business to interactively add commentary into a given report content
- Work with other workstreams within the Data Programme and act as Lead for Power BI activity
- Work with the business to review requirements
- Present visualisations of the art of the possible' to the business to ensure they receive maximum functionality and benefits
- Provide knowledge sharing and training to business users for routine data cleansing
- Experience in Python/R language
- Experience in Stream Analytics & ML and its presentation
- Developing in PowerApps
- Knowledge of Azure BI stack
- Exposure to Azure SQL, ETL and Data Factory
- Strong Written & Verbal communication Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in the Real Estate/Property Sector
