SENIOR TEST MANAGER - PROGRAMME TEST MANAGER ISTQB - ISEB certification advantageous
London, circa £600/day dependent on experience
Clarity Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager. Day rate will vary depending on experience and strengths. Role is working remotely now and likely to be 1-2 days in Central London after lockdown ends.
This is a senior role within the programme and requires strong communications skills to liaise with senior managers and project sponsors. You will define the Test Strategy, Test Approach, produce a detailed deliverable Test Plan of activities, identify necessary tools to support testing. Experience of testing in the Cloud ( any of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc) is essential as is experience of financial services or fintech. This is a greenfield situation to develop.
The successful candidate will have a consultative approach, be able to work flexibly and collaboratively be able to manage resources & deliverables. Manage functional & non-functional testing across the project develop & manage the test plan. You'll likely be ISTQB, ISEB or CMST certified. CSM Certified Would be advantageous. Experienced in various project methodologies - V-model, agile, etc -although Agile is the adopted approach for this programme.
Financial services/fintech experience highly advantageous as would experience of data-centric systems.
You'll be a naturally determined problem-solver and you'll need first-class written & verbal communications skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. The environment is professional and challenging.
