" Functional testing of applications in a Client - Server environment - using various techniques, from exploratory testing to system level testing." Planning, estimating, specifying, and executing test.
" Expected to run through all aspects of the test cycle
" Manual testing of new functionality and regression testing of existing functionality. (server and client testing)
" Working with developers and the business to resolve issues
" Validate that the solution is fit for purpose and supports full end-to-end client business process
" Conduct UAT to verify business requirements and work with the business to resolve discrepancies
" Using and improving best practices within area of influence.
" More than 4 years of experience from
testing front office trading support applications or
client facing trading applications.
" Basic knowledge of core Bank asset
classes such as FX, FX Options and CFDs
" SQL technical skills
" Fluency in English, both in writing and
speech.
" Analytical, solution oriented, positive and
energetic.
" Independent and responsible.
" Flexible and self motivated
" An advocate for delivering high quality -
but also understands the need on to balance quality
against business needs for delivery by analysis of the
risks
" Excited about challenges and growth
opportunities.
" Able to work in teams and independently.
It is an advantage if you:
" Have experience from large scale system
testing.
" Have working knowledge of Microsoft
TFS.
" Test automation experience
" Experience with test outsourcing
