CRM Application Specialist vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Strong IT expertise for CRM applications
- Deep understanding of IT Integration and Web technologies
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing daily application management tasks like re-occurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis and resolution
- Providing input for application lifecycle planning, definition and management of SLAs, OLAs as well as palling and implementing of application changes
- Managing of incidents, requests and defects for the CRM application
- Assisting with the regular release processes and supporting one or two other applications within the same domain
- Working within a very experience and well-spirited team
