Application Support Analyst

My client are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 9 month contract to provide support expertise to a number of key applications.

The successful contractor will ideally have previous experience working with Council sector clients and with applications such as Academy, Information at Work, Civica Universal Housing, CivicaPay, framework and ABACUS.

Good understanding of ITIL functions is essential, ideally with an ITIL certification. Previous experience of working within a service desk or help desk function is also required, with the ability to support users at all levels. Experience of managing and configuring LANDesk software and applications is also required.
