Consultant for Contract Manufacturing Management (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Management of different contract manufacturing sites in Western Europe
- Relationship management with the Contract Manufacturing sites
- Management of all related key business results the Contract Manufacturing
- Implementation and improvement of the interaction and collaboration between the external sites
- Implementation and follow up on action plans: e.g. CAPA / Audit action plan, Improve compliance standard
- Develop Best current practice and a scorecard with the Contract Manufacturing sites and ensure that scorecard measure are on track
- Coordinate validation activities, change control, supply chain projects
- Budget development and tracking
Ihre Qualifikation
- University degree in science, engineering or pharmaceutics
- Personal experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (pharmaceuticals making and/or packing operation in a previous assignment)
- Practical experience with planning processes and Supply Chain tools (e.g. MRP II, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills: Fluent English, additional languages are interesting
- Strong leadership skills to manage and drive projects and improvements
- Regular travel to Contract Manufacturing sites in Western Europe required (10 – 20%)
