Duties/Task Description - the deliverables/results the employee will be expected to achieve:
Deliver SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM 7.0) solution - this will include analyse business requirements, solution blueprint, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications, application configuration, data conversion & testing
Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews and meetings
Analyse area of complexity and identify solution options in EWM 7.0 for inbound, internal, outbound and cross docking processes
Support project management with key inputs to facilitate decision making
Maintain excellent client relationship in the assigned business functions
Monitor and report to team leader/manager on project deliverables
Highly motivated high performing and well focused member of a team that delivers quality solutions on time and budget.
Mandatory skills - the absolute minimum skill level required for the candidate to be considered: Excellent understanding of EWM 7.0 architecture and integration with SAP ERP 6.0 Enhancement Pack 4
At least 2 full life cycle (end to end) implementation projects on EWM, 1 project on EWM 7.0
Hands on configuration experience in EWM 7.0, this will include warehouse structure and complete range of master data
Process modelling and configuration of all warehouse process including value added services and labour management
Developing warehouse activity monitor and reporting is essential
Integration of EWM with external systems including RF will be preferred
Ability to deploy warehouse configuration across multiple locations based on template approach
5+ years SAP experience in implementing SAP Logistics applications (LE-WM and LE-TRA)
Solid functional consulting background.
Well versed in logistics business processes, warehousing and transportation in a high volume distribution environment
