A leading telecommunications organization is looking to add an enthusiastic and experienced ETL developer their team of leading professionals on a 12 month contract. Working within a high pressure yet supportive environment this role enables an experience ETL developer the opportunity to gain priceless in depth industry experience and knowledge whilst working within a prestigious organization. The role entails providing a high level of technical capability to support project deliverables aimed towards data cleansing.The role consists primarily of:
- Designing and building process to identify and release imperative information for error avoidance
- Design and build processes that track new occurrences and registered errors
- Provide support for the analysis of data quality issues
- Identifying obstacles within the current processes that impact the delivery of data quality and data cleansing progression
- An ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of individuals
The successful candidate will have proven experience within the following areas:
- Managing and updating SQL databases
- Managing and updating Oracle 10g operating platforms and applications
- Extensive use of the tool Datastage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Being able to work effectively within a team environment and positively contribute to successful outcomes
- Being ability to be organized and demonstrate excellent time management skills
