Description
Our Birmingham based financial services client is looking for an experienced consultant to manage their customer complaints referrals process on an initial three month fixed-term basis (strong possibility this will extend). You will have a very strong background in complaints handling supported by knowledge of the FSA guidelines. You will be FPC qualified and have good knowledge of TCF and FSA principles. Any Life and Pensions or insurance product knowledge would be very useful. If you are available please apply with your CV and details of current/last salary package.
