Job Description/Responsibilities
1. Make the network audit based on traffic statistic, DT log analysis and subscriber complain;
2. Workout the optimization solution to improve the GSM network performance;
3. Implement the optimization solution to reach the acceptance standard list in the contract;
Technical requirements:
4. Be familiar with GSM technology theory knowledge;
5. Have at least five years experience with GSM radio network optimization project;
6. Capable with GSM traffic KPI analysis and optimization;
7. Be familiar with GSM DT software using, log analysis and RF tuning;
8. Be familiar with Huawei GSM equipments and operation like bsc6000 and BSC6900;
Others:
9. Good at with Excel, word and PPT software;
10. Have the experience working outside the country;
11. Good Oral and written English level and can used for working language;
