Title: Release Engineer/Manager
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
Location: San Jose, CA
The client is looking for a Release Engineer/Manager with approximately 6 to 8 years experience. Responsible for managing and executing multiple releases.
Candidate must have:
Experience in release methodology, development transitions to QA, test criteria, development support for test execution.
Experience with Project management tools such as PROPEL, Microsoft Project, etc.
Knowledge of development best practices for release management with attention to detail.
Good understanding of version control & version tracking
Excellent partnership, teamwork and communication skills as position involves working with cross functional teams.
Experience required in:
Familiarity with ERMO (Enterprise Release Management Office) processes
Solid understanding of deployments/code execution
Knowledge of CR management process
