Project Manager - Organisational Design - NHS - 4 Months +
My client, an NHS Trust based in the South East requires a skilled Project Manager to lead the Trusts Organisational Design Project over a 4 month period commencing in September.
The programme priorities are:
* Easier, quicker and more streamlined access to services
* Clear and effective care pathways that reduce variation and deliver best practice
* Better and more therapeutic care environments that provide an improved experience for our service users and our staff
* More productive ways of working that eliminate waste and duplication
* More effective and efficient corporate and support functions
The successful candidate will possess excellent Project Management experience and skills including;
* 3 Years minimum project management experience
* Previous experience of leading change/transformation programmes within the NHS
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Excellent communication skills
This is an exciting time to join the transformation Programme in this well performing Trust as it moves from the year one design into the subsequent build and implementation phase.
