Interim Head of User Experience - UX, UCD
My elite publishing client is looking for an Interim head of User Experience who will manage the existing digital design and UCD teams, as well as manage workload and existing project priorities.
You will also be responsible for leading the internal review of current processes, making recommendations for improvement and transformation along with engaging with key stakeholders around the business to champion the role of UX.
In addition you will also be expected to coach, mentor and develop the team, inspiring and encouraging top quality deliverables.
The successful candidate will be a high skilled User Experience designer holding a great portfolio, who can develop and drive forward my clients best practice processes for designing, delivering and maintaining a great UK throughout the life cycle of their digital products and services.
This is a fantastic opportunity based in Oxford for an initial 4 months with the opportunity to extend.
