Job description for Instructional Designer:
Person should have basic understanding instructional design, and take direction from senior instructional designer
This person will be working with our service managers to ensure each release has training associated with it.
Each release will be reviewed to see if training is required, and if required, a training request put into the hopper.
They'll need to ensure the training is completed in a timely manner for the release. In some cases, this will mean working with the service owners to have them complete the training. In other cases, it could mean working internally with a resource to complete the training.
Group Culture:
We perform incident & service request management for our client's IT.

Top Tech Skills:
Instructional Design skills required
Familiarity with Sharepoint required
Use of Camptasia or other editing software a plus.
Previous experience with our client a plus
Top Soft Skills: On-time delivery, multi-tasking, collaboration w/offshore teams experience required
