Hello, our healthcare client in Fremont is looking for an EPIC MyChart Applications Analyst for a 2 year contract. This is an immediate need and we have direct hiring manager contact.

Here is the job description:
The Epic Application Analyst, both Clinical and Non Clinical, provide technical Application support for complex Epic Applications. The Applications analyst will analyze, evaluate and troubleshoot the Epic Application.
The Applications analyst must understand and translate the business functionality into the Epic systems configuration and workflow validations.
As well, this person will plan and prepare test scripts for Application testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
The Epic Application Analyst will lead the effort to determine, manage and maintain Epic implementation, as well as analyze system requirements to support any customization and packaged software product implementation.
Requirements:
The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position unless noted otherwise:
Masters degree and 6 years of industry related experience OR Bachelors degree and 8 years industry related experience OR Associates degree and 10 years of industry related experience OR
12 years of industry related experience
Industry-related experience at this level requires that one-half of the experience is from an Information Services setting
Minimum of eight years experience in a IS/Clinical setting required
Previous experience with Client Server and host based systems is required
SQL proficiency is required
Previous project management experience is required
Experience in information technology as a business analyst or systems analyst in a medium to large organization with multiple technology implementations required
Clinical or Health and Life Science experience is an advantage; Registered Nurse or Pharmacy degree is a plus
Any certifications related to software applications, technology infrastructure and/or clinical specializations an advantage
Must be able to obtain Epic certification
Knowledge of all aspects of design, development and testing and best practices of Enterprise application implementations
Knowledge of Epic product suites and its implementation process standards
Ability to provide subject matter expertise in relationship to application support
Extensive experience and ability to write, develop and test complex interfaces
Excellent interpersonal skills
Expert knowledge of Client Server and host based systems
Ability to perform gap analysis between current and desired state
Advanced skills in methods and tools for process mapping and ability apply this knowledge during operational/project related activates
Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer perspective
