CCCi has opportunities for Senior Curam Business Analyst to work on a multi-year Federal/State project with our large Computer Services client in the Mt. Laurel, NJ area. Candidate will serve as a designer of extensions the Cúram COTS-based solution that will be utilized to support processing for Medicaid, TANF/GA, Food Stamps and Child Care.
Client requires 5-8 years MINIMUM experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS are:
Extensive experience with current Medicaid state/federal-level eligibility and entitlement processes and procedures; A comprehensive understanding of how to implement and customize Cúram Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) social enterprise management (SEM) functionality; A comprehensive understanding of Case Management functionality and associated business processes of government social enterprises; Attention to detail and the ability to interact with clients at all levels of the organization and the ability to work as part of a team dedicated to delivering quality results. Client also requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Desired skills and knowledge are: Experience with current TANF/GA state/federal-level eligibility and entitlement processes and procedures; Business certified on Cúram v5.2 and experience with Cúram's Global Income Support Suite (CGISS). Experience with requirements management tools such as IBM Rational Requisite Pro; Experience with change management tools such as IBM Rational ClearQuest; Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and experience in testing on a large scale project. Experience with Federal, State, or County Government human services eligibility systems; Experience in testing of customized commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications; Experience with Curam Software's suite of social enterprise management (SEM) solutions and Curam Business Analyst certification.
