Description
SCRUM Master/Head of Software Development (Ruby, Open Source, Agile, .NET) is required to lead and manage a team of open source/Microsoft .NET engineers creating a next generation of portal solutions for a large corporate.
You will be responsible for leading the Agile development and managing the team of innovative, passionate engineers setting the vision, managing the releases, defining development standards and driving Scrum sessions on a very innovative transformation programme.
Requirements:
- strong software engineering background
- deep experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum in particular
- experience of leading development teams
- broad exposure to various programming languages (f.e.Ruby, PHP, Python, C#, Java, Perl, C++)
- experience of web development framework (Ruby on Rails, .NET)
