Job Description
Support 4 programs team including approximately 17 program managers working with both Direct and Channel programs with lead file processing
Create campaigns in 2 instances of Salesforce.com
Intake, scrub and prep data for input into internal data tool to populate Salesforce.com leads module
Ensure leads processed post as expected to both instances of Salesforce within the timeframe expected.
Communicate with program managers upon completion of lead file prep and posting (possibly via sharepoint)
Provide reports as required
Other marketing projects as required
Required Skills
Extreme attention to detail- examples of project types worked directly
Experienced in manipulating large volumes of data
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Foundation knowledge of marketing campaigns
Familiarity with data prep/integrity for enterprise CRM applications
Salesforce.com experience a plus
Sharepoint experience a plus
Experience working across marketing functions
