Senior Systems Engineer

Description

Large global financial organisation based in Melbourne's CBD is on the look out for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team of highly skilled professionals. The focus of this position will be to provide administration, support, incident and problem identification/resolution of the clients window Servers and SAN environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Administration, support, incident and problem identification
• Resolve complex incidents and problems whilst having the aptitude to complete large volume of day to day duties
• 3rd Level support and backup administration
• Provide high level of customer service and ability to comply with relevant ITS processes.
• Produce quality Procedure and Work Instruction documentation

Skills required:

• Extensive knowledge of Windows 2003 and 08 server, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 and SCCM
• Sharepoint 2007, OCS, SCOM, SQL, ISA and Windows Mobile technologies
• SAN and NAS environment
• MCSE and ITIL certification and advantage
